Very convenience and amazing location of the place - 5 minutes walk from bus station. Well-appointed and well laid out rooms with the grand club access and very amiable staff. Free parking onsite provided.

The place was absolutely fantastic and perfect, with its understanding staff who was a Clef D'or member.

We had the most real good few days there. Accommodation was big size and top quality, beds were very big. It had a contemporary atmosphere and provided very good service.

The units are elegant, luxurious with access to the lounge. The location is marvellous and the food is PERFECT.

A performing arts theater was centrally located just walking distance from the hotel. And it was also right by tourist destinations and shops, casinos and restaurants and the Grand Hyatt Macau which is well located as part of the City of Dreams complex comprising of a mixed use integrated resort casino.

The property was lovely welcoming and pretty standard with amicable staff who really know the true value of customer service. The breakfast was delicious at comparable prices! The hotel was centrally located to many attractions in the area. Found time to see The Venetian Macao Casino, that's just a short stroll away from the property. Really enjoyed our trip here and would definitely stop here again.

My room was fairly quiet with an excellent view of the the fountain. The place was centrally positioned, a couple of blocks away from an arts theater.

Enjoyed how well-run the property was and its competent staff who was a Clef D'or member. Booked a room by pull down blinds from the bedroom. Its a lounge area, a coffeemaker, and a sofa were much appreciated during our trip.

grand hyatt macau was a romantic stay that exceeded my expectations. the upgraded suite room was perfect for privacy, and the pool and breakfast were memorable. the staff's attention to detail made for a great experience.

Billing mix-up caused frustration.

All was just perfect. Great room, great bed, great food, great everything.

The only bad thing happened was "late checkout" which was at 12 pm. According to the lady on the reception, normal checkout is at 11 am?. No good. We were at casino till 6am and wanted to sleep. When you loose €8000 at their casino, they are ok, but to give 3-4 hours more - not. In lv I got free stay for 3 days at Belagio when started playing.

My third time staying in Grand Hyatt Macau. Will come again with family.

It was fairly clean, staff was informative and great. The breakfast was adequate and all the food was gorgeous. The hotel was centrally located in a great position to all the big casinos nearby.
